Teaching: Credibility statement and what to say?

If they start with peoples homes eventually they will start taking from town properties like a case I heard about thieves dressing as city workers stealing copper from road side lights. Thats costing tax payers money. It was on WGME channel 13 you can go to there site and read about it. I think if you go from a tax payer perspective then that should be credible.
