I DL both Halo Reach map packs but where are they?

Ok ive downloaded both Noble and Defiant map packs and i found the defiant at the bottom under dlc option but noble is not there? I usually just play Team Deathmatch but are these maps only for certain gameplay or can you only have one dlc at a time?? Idk can someone help me please
