MIP question, dont want my parents to find out?

So about 2mo ago I got an mio and I don't want my parents to find out.. I just got this letter in the mail addressed to my mom and the return address is "prosecuting attorney Franklin county child support division" and I want to know if this is about my mip or if its safe to give to my mom but I don't wanna open it. Please help if you know about this stuff. Thanks.
