What are the consequenses for retail theft for a minor?

im 16 and me and a friend got caught stealing at walmart they told us that if it was under 25 dollars they wouldn't prosecute mine was 27 and note i am already on probation for something i did two years ago and am supposed to get off july 13th of this year. im just looking for what kind of trouble im going to be in when they call me and if i have a court date.... oh and also when walmart called the police and took us in we didn't get any tickets issued or figure prints... please help thanks
