If one fighter kills another in a boxing/wrestling match, are they prosecuted?

If one fighter were to kill another is a boxing or wrestling match, would they be prosecuted? I know that this has happened before. Or perhaps it is situational? Anybody who knows a thing or two about the subject please answer! Easy 10 points.
