HELP!!! My 6 Week old kitten has runny/bloody poop!!?? Please answer!!?

She's had diarrhea for the past day or two, it was a little yellow and clear now shes "leaking" yellowish-brown poop so I set her in the litter box thinking maybe she just can't make it in time and out came a tiny pile of yellowish-brown liquid but with a dot slighty smaller then her poo of what looks like red blood. Please help I love my kitty and I need to know if this is an emergency.
