Does my child have ODD?

Sounds like a typical teen that hasn't been (or isn't) disciplined. If she is grounded, she won't be able to go anywhere and you need to tell her and sit her down and watch her do her homework, chores, drink, etc. You are the parent and sometimes you have to make your child do stuff they would rather not do. You can try and call the Probation Dept to see if they have the PINS program (That is what it is called in NY) it is like probation for teens that are on the wrong path.
