Shouldn't the US stop giving aid to Israel as long as they keep building on Palestinian land?

The U.S. should cut all aid to Israel until they stop their illegal settlements. The Israelis don't even respect the U.S., they openly deride them for their naivety. The Israelis think the Americans will fund them forever and do their bidding, if it wasn't for the U.S. vetoing every U.N. resolution that condemns Israel they'd be international pariahs sanctioned until they complied with the U.N. resolutions. I am an Israeli national and the Palestinians are treated as sub humans, no wonder they and most of the civilised world hate us.
