What treatment is there for o d d (Oppositional Defiant Disorder)?

am 22 male and i have o d d or Oppositional Defiant Disorder is there any treatment to make me feel better i know there wont be a cure but surely theres something i can do or do i just have to suffer for the rest of my life???
