I work as a nanny full time. I care for two boys, ages 5 and 6.?

I agree with Ellen, you can't expect a child to sit in school all day then come home and start on school work without a break. I would ask her straight up what she ment by the comment. Ask her what she wants you to do to take control. I would let her know you are doing things how SHE wants them done and it's not working.
